Componenta Orhangazi Plant reached 86.000 mton in 2010 and will increase the production to 120.000 mton in 2011. It is expected that 55% of production will be Ductile Iron Casting, 44% of it will be Gray Iron and 1% of it will be Compacted Graphite Iron.
EKU's production of brake discs and drums was increased up to 29.000 mton in 2010 which was not expected at the begining of 2010. EKU sets 40.000 mton production target for 2011 in two shifts.
Ferrro Dokum raises 2011 production target by 5,2% to 40.000 mton caused by the rising demand.
HEMA plans iron casting production increase in 2011 over 20.000 mton. HEMA reached 6.000 mton in 2010. Depends on new orders, the percentage of Ductile Iron production can be increased to 34% that was 24% in 2010.
MES Dokum reached 5.500 mton in 2010 and targets production of 7.000 mton of iron casting for2011.
